Who we are

ZEISMO AI is operated by Wearlisty Solutions LLC, 15442 Ventura Blvd, Ste 201-1861, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, United States. This policy covers zeismo.com and the client portal at app.zeismo.com.

What we collect

Website: basic, aggregate visit telemetry (pages viewed, approximate region). We do not sell data and we do not run third-party ad trackers beyond the Meta pixel used for our own campaigns.

Contact forms: the name, contact details and message you choose to send us.

Client portal accounts: your name, email, company, and the configuration of the services you use.

WhatsApp bots: when you connect a WhatsApp number, we process the messages your customers send to that number in order to answer them. We act as a processor of that content on your behalf.

How AI is involved

Some answers are generated with AI (Anthropic Claude). Message content needed to produce an answer is sent to the AI provider for processing and is not used by us to train models.

Your approved answer library is used only for your own bot.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted. Customer phone numbers in the contact book are stored encrypted and displayed masked. Access to production systems is restricted and protected with two-factor authentication.

Your rights

Portal clients can export everything we hold for their workspace as a file, and can close the workspace and have its content erased, directly from the portal (Your data page), without asking us.

Retention

Workspace content lives for as long as the workspace does. Billing records are kept as required by law. Closed workspaces have their bot content erased.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note it on this page with a new date.
