Privacy policy.
One notice for ZEISMO products and services. What we process, why, who receives it and your choices. Updated October 11, 2026.
1. Who we are and what this covers
ZEISMO is operated by WEARLISTY SHOPPING SOLUTIONS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our mailing address is 15442 Ventura Blvd, Ste 201-1861, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, United States. Contact online@zeismo.com for privacy questions and requests.
This is the main privacy notice for ZEISMO websites, account and administration portals, ZEISMO CRM, WhatsApp bots, AI assistants, free tools, marketplace purchases, ZEISMO SEO, ZEISMO Security AI, licensing, updates, support, recruitment and business enquiries. It applies when we provide these services, including previews and sandbox trials; naming a product here does not mean every feature is publicly available.
We determine how account, billing, licensing, security, recruitment and our own marketing data are used. For customer-controlled CRM records, conversations and content processed on a customer’s instructions, the customer generally determines the purpose and we act as its service provider or processor. The applicable service agreement governs that processing. A customer’s own website and privacy notice govern its visitors; this notice does not replace that responsibility.
2. Information we receive and why
We receive information you enter, content and configuration supplied by your organization, messages from people using connected channels, and limited records from payment and integration providers. Requests to our servers also supply technical information such as IP address, browser or user agent, requested URL, timestamp, referral information and error or security events.
Accounts and service delivery: name, email, phone number where supplied, company, account identifiers, authentication records, settings, subscriptions and correspondence. We use these to create and secure accounts, provide services, communicate about them and resolve support requests. Required fields are marked in the relevant form; without them we may be unable to provide the requested service.
Billing and marketplace: purchased product, plan, currency, transaction references, billing contact details, invoice and payment status, refund and dispute records. Stripe handles card checkout for the integrations described here. We receive payment references and status rather than your full card number or card security code. Any additional payment option is identified at checkout and has its own provider notice.
Enquiries and scheduled calls: contact details, organization, message, requested service and appointment time or time zone. We use these to respond and arrange a call. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in messages or support attachments.
3. ZEISMO SEO and plugin connections
Local SEO analysis, titles, descriptions, schema and other local settings are processed in your WordPress installation. Installing the plugin does not by itself give ZEISMO a copy of your WordPress database. Local records and their backups remain under the website operator’s control.
Connecting an account enables communication with ZEISMO’s licensing and service bridge. Account creation sends the name, email, company and site address supplied. License checks send the site URL, plugin version and authentication information; ZEISMO SEO also sends a plugin-file fingerprint for integrity and release identification. Our service keeps account and site associations, plan entitlements, usage or quota records, connection timestamps and version information to deliver the service, support updates and investigate abuse.
When you request an AI feature, the relevant page content, title, description, keywords, URL and task settings may be sent through ZEISMO’s bridge for processing. Submit only content you are authorized to share. Content can include unpublished material selected for that request. Disconnecting the account stops authenticated service requests but does not automatically erase existing account or billing records.
Some network features work separately from an account connection. IndexNow sends submitted URLs and a site verification key to the participating indexing service when enabled. Link checks and competitor checks request the destination URLs. A remote destination can receive the requesting server’s IP address and request metadata. Direct-distribution update checks contact ZEISMO; WordPress.org distributions use the directory update system. Public sitemaps, schema, feeds and indexing notifications intentionally make selected public website information available to crawlers.
The plugin’s local Visitor pulse feature stores aggregate interval counts on your site. It is separate from ZEISMO’s own website advertising tools. Disabling a plugin feature does not withdraw advertising consent previously given on zeismo.com.
3b. Google Search Console connection
The optional ZEISMO SEO Search Console connection is currently a limited private test. You authorize your own Google account with read-only Search Console access. This connection does not require a ZEISMO account, subscription or AI credits. Your Google password is entered only with Google and is not collected by ZEISMO.
After you request a connection, the plugin sends your site address and a random installation credential to the ZEISMO connection service at app.zeismo.com. We use the credential to isolate the connection. We receive Google authorization tokens and read the verified properties accessible to your Google account, then restrict the reports shown to properties matching the connected website. Report information includes search queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position.
We use Google data only to provide the search reports you request, maintain the connection and troubleshoot the service when necessary. This integration does not send Google data to AI providers, use it to train AI models, sell it, use it for advertising or share it with other customers. Google data may be processed by our hosting and security service providers to operate this feature, subject to the service purpose and access controls described in this notice. ZEISMO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google authorization tokens and hosted reports are encrypted in the connection service. Google tokens are not returned to WordPress. The latest report is also stored in your WordPress installation for its administrators and is replaced when you refresh it. The current report covers a finalized 28-day period; manual refreshes are limited to one every 15 minutes. Your own hosting and backup arrangements govern copies held on your website.
Use Disconnect in the plugin before uninstalling to delete this site’s active stored Google connection and reports from ZEISMO and the local report from WordPress. Deactivating or deleting the plugin alone does not notify our service. You may separately revoke ZEISMO access in your Google account permissions; this can affect other sites authorized with the same Google account. Revocation stops further Google access but is not itself a request to delete previously stored reports. If you no longer have access to the plugin, contact online@zeismo.com for a verified deletion request. Backup expiry and security-record retention are described below.
3a. ZEISMO SEO for Shopify
The Shopify app reads product and collection names, descriptions and SEO fields, plus image file information and alternative text, to provide the editing and audit features you choose. It does not request customer or order access. Shopify handles app installation, permission approval and app subscription selection; Stripe is not used for Shopify app subscriptions.
We store shop identifiers, encrypted access and refresh tokens, installation-session information supplied by Shopify, setup and maintenance preferences, connected product identifiers, encrypted focus phrases and before-and-after SEO changes, AI usage counts and privacy-request receipts. Session information can include the signed-in staff member’s identifier, name, email, locale and account-owner status where supplied by Shopify. Change history is retained until store erasure.
SEO health audits store encrypted catalogue snapshots, including resource names, SEO fields and a description-presence flag, together with results and notifications. The background worker retains the latest ten finished audits and up to two older completed audits for comparison, plus fifty notifications per connected store. Daily audits and automatic removal of surrounding whitespace have separate opt-in settings. Other content changes require review in the editor.
When you explicitly request an AI suggestion, the selected product or collection name and description are processed on ZEISMO’s server using Anthropic. Suggestions are not automatically saved to Shopify. Review their accuracy before applying them. The provider-processing notice in the AI section below also applies.
Uninstalling removes app sessions and stops scheduled work. It does not automatically reverse SEO or alternative-text changes already saved to Shopify. Shopify’s shop-erasure request removes active app records for that store. Private database backups expire through a seven-daily-backup rotation, so an erasure does not immediately remove older backup copies. A separate restricted record of a hashed shop identifier and erasure time allows newer erasure requests to be reapplied when preparing an older backup for recovery.
For privacy requests, contact online@zeismo.com and identify the affected store. Do not send passwords or access tokens. You can review recorded Shopify customer-data requests in the app’s Privacy page; the app holds no customer profiles or orders to export.
4. ZEISMO Security AI
Enabled security features inspect requests and files in the WordPress installation to identify suspicious activity and integrity issues. Local records can include IP addresses or hashes, request paths, user agents, timestamps, detected patterns, risk scores, login events and file paths or scan findings. These records can contain personal information. The current default stores raw IP addresses; an administrator can change the available IP storage and anonymization settings.
The current local event-retention default is 60 days, with a configurable period of 7 to 365 days. Scheduled maintenance removes raw IP addresses older than 90 days even if event retention is longer. Cleanup depends on the WordPress scheduler running. Website operators must choose appropriate settings, restrict access and explain this processing to their visitors.
Connecting a ZEISMO account sends the site URL, plugin version and authentication details for license validation. Local scanning is not a statement that entire files or visitor logs are routinely uploaded to ZEISMO. Data you deliberately send for support or an enabled connected service is processed for that purpose. Features labelled planned are not evidence of active data collection or cloud protection.
5. CRM, messaging, AI and free tools
ZEISMO CRM and business workspaces process records supplied by their users, such as contacts, leads, communications, invoices, tasks, files and business settings. Connected WhatsApp and chat services process sender identifiers, phone numbers, messages, delivery status, conversation context and configured business knowledge to route and answer requests. Customers must have authority to supply this information and notify the people concerned.
Server-side AI features use Anthropic Claude where configured. Relevant input, conversation context or selected website content is sent to the provider to produce the requested response. ZEISMO does not use this content to train its own general-purpose models. Provider handling, including any retention exceptions, is governed by its applicable terms; this policy does not promise zero provider retention. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
Browser-based calculators and formatting tools can process inputs locally. Server-backed tools, including AI generators, send the submitted input and required account or usage information to ZEISMO. Technical requests can still reach us when loading a local tool. Do not assume that every free tool is offline or suitable for confidential information.
Connecting an external platform authorizes the integration operations described in its setup. Access tokens, identifiers, settings and relevant API responses are used to operate the connection. Disconnecting at ZEISMO or revoking access with the platform can stop future access, but does not automatically delete information already received by either party.
6. Careers and applications
Applications include the contact details, role, experience, availability, portfolio or resume links and screening answers you provide. We also retain an application reference, completeness indicator, review scores, internal notes, stage history, source or campaign information, browser details and an IP-derived hash for abuse prevention.
These details help our authorized team evaluate applications, contact candidates and keep a record of recruitment decisions. The completeness indicator measures submitted information, not a hiring decision. A person reviews applications before the next stage. We do not use this flow to make solely automated hiring decisions. Avoid supplying health information, identity documents or other sensitive details unless specifically needed and requested through an appropriate process.
Separate Careers funnel measurement records whether a page was viewed, an application was started, a form stage was reached or a submission completed. It stores a rotating daily visitor hash, the selected work area and supplied campaign labels. It does not store application answers, names, email addresses, raw IP addresses or raw browser details. Identified bots are excluded, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected, and these event records are removed after one year.
8. Purposes and legal grounds
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing or preparing a contract for requested accounts, services, purchases and support; legal obligations for applicable accounting and regulatory records; and legitimate interests for proportionate security, abuse prevention, service reliability, business communications and recruitment administration, subject to your rights. When you act for a business, administration of that relationship may rely on legitimate interests rather than a contract with you personally.
We rely on consent for optional advertising tracking and other activities where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We assess customer content according to the customer’s instructions and applicable processing agreement. We do not treat acceptance of this notice as blanket consent to unrelated uses.
9. Who receives information
Access is limited by operational need to authorized ZEISMO personnel and service providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, email, backups, security and customer support. Connected providers include Stripe for payments, Meta for WhatsApp and approved advertising or social integrations, and Anthropic for enabled AI processing. IndexNow participants and websites queried by network tools receive the information needed for those requests.
These providers may act as processors or as independent controllers for parts of their services. Their own notices govern their independent processing. We may also disclose necessary records to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or parties involved in a business restructuring with appropriate confidentiality protections. We do not grant public access to private customer workspaces or applicant records.
10. International processing
ZEISMO is a United States business and its services involve processing in the United States. Connected providers may process information in additional countries under their service arrangements. Your data may therefore be processed outside the country where you live, under different laws.
Where European, UK, Swiss or other transfer restrictions apply, the relevant transfer must have a lawful mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. This notice does not itself create those safeguards or certify ZEISMO under a transfer framework. Contact online@zeismo.com for details of the recipients, locations and safeguards applicable to your service and for any available copy of relevant terms.
11. Retention, deletion and security
We retain information for the service or purpose described here, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed, subject to applicable accounting, dispute, security and legal preservation requirements. The period depends on the record type, account or license status, outstanding support or recruitment process, configured log retention and applicable obligations. The linked data retention notice gives additional service-specific details.
Plugin-local data is controlled by the WordPress site operator and its hosting or backup arrangements. Uninstalling or disconnecting a plugin does not automatically delete a ZEISMO account, invoices, license history or all copies held by a site’s backups. Contact us about server-held records; contact the site operator about records held in its installation.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected integration credentials, monitoring and backups. No system is entirely risk-free. Deletion from active systems and expiry from backups can occur at different times. Isolated backups are retained for recovery rather than ordinary use, and legal holds may delay deletion. We do not promise that every database, log and external provider has the same retention period.
12. Your choices and regional rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and information about disclosures or international transfers. Residents covered by applicable US state laws may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-data uses, use an authorized agent and appeal a denied request. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Email online@zeismo.com with the relevant service and request. Do not send your password or account token. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and an agent’s authority. We respond within the deadline required by the applicable law and explain any permitted extension or refusal. To appeal, reply asking for a privacy review. Some workspace export and deletion controls are available in the account portal; contact us for records outside their scope.
If we process your information for a customer, contact that organization first; we assist it with requests as appropriate. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including an EEA data protection authority, the UK Information Commissioner, the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or the applicable US regulator. Your location and our relationship with you determine which rights and laws apply.
13. Children and policy updates
ZEISMO business services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher age where local law requires. Do not submit a child’s information without the required authority and safeguards. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information inappropriately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We update this page when our practices change and show the revision date. Where required, we provide additional notice or seek consent for a materially different use. Product notices explain specific features alongside this main policy; they do not remove rights given by applicable law.
