Questions people ask before paying
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Both products have a Free plan with no time limit and no card. The bot plan gives you 50 conversations and 100 AI answers a month on a shared test number; the CRM gives you leads, customers and 10 invoices a month for one user.
What currency do you bill in?
US dollars, through Stripe. The local amounts shown are approximate, for orientation only; your card issuer converts at its own rate.
What does annual billing save?
Every paid plan is nine times the monthly price when paid yearly: about 25% off, or three months free. You can switch between monthly and annual from your billing page.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes, from inside your account, without contacting anyone. Upgrades apply immediately. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your data is kept for 30 more days so you can export it or come back.
What happens when the bot runs out of credit?
It stops calling the AI and hands the conversation to a person. It never spends money you have not put in first. That rule is enforced in code and covered by automated tests.
Do I need my own WhatsApp number?
The Free plan uses a shared test number so you can try the bot at once. Paid plans connect your own number through Meta's official signup; you approve it on Meta's page and we never see your password.
Is the CRM a separate account?
No. One ZEISMO account covers the CRM and the bot. Your CRM is its own private workspace with its own tables; you open it from your account without a second password.
Do you offer refunds?
If something we sold does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund the unused part of the period. The full policy is on the refund page.
