Most agencies hand over a deliverable and leave. The interesting part of this work: the part that decides whether a business makes money: happens afterwards, when the system has to run every day without anyone watching it.
An operating company
ZEISMO is registered in the United States as Wearlisty Solutions LLC. We build commerce and software systems, and we run them: our own as well as our clients'. The things we sell are the things we use.
Numbers over opinions
Every system we run reports on itself: what it cost, what it produced, where it leaks. When the data disagrees with a plan, the plan changes. We would rather tell a client something uncomfortable early than defend a decision later.

Say the real number
Costs, timelines and results are stated plainly, including when they're worse than anyone hoped. A client who is surprised late was misled early.

Build it to be handed over
You own the code, the accounts and the data. Nothing is built to make you dependent on us. The work should survive us leaving.

Ship in pieces you can see
Work lands in stages you can use, not in one delivery months away. If a piece isn't working, we'd rather find out in week two.
Built on our own operations.
ZEISMO didn't start by selling services. It started by running its own commerce operation, and building the machinery that operation needed.
We ran our own store first
Souq, our cash-on-delivery commerce operation, gave us a live system to learn on: real customers, real ad spend, real failures.
We built the tools it needed
Order flows, WhatsApp automation, ad engines with kill rules, reporting that tells the truth. Not demos: machinery that had to survive a real day.
Now we build it for others
The same systems, adapted. When we recommend something, it's usually because we've already had to live with the consequences of it.
