Data retention policy
What we keep, for how long, and why.

| Bot conversations and messages | While the workspace exists | Export as JSON any time; erased when you close the workspace. |
| CRM workspace (leads, customers, invoices, files) | While the plan is active, then 30 days after it ends | Export a full Excel file any time; purged 30 days after a cancelled plan ends, with two reminder emails first. |
| Billing records (invoices, payments) | 7 years | Kept for tax and accounting law; they do not contain your customers' data. |
| Verification codes | 5 minutes | Stored hashed, then discarded. |
| Security and access logs | 90 days | IP address and time of sign-ins and sensitive actions, for fraud and abuse prevention. |
| Site visit statistics | 30 days at visit level, then aggregated | No cookies for tracking; a per-day hash that cannot be joined across weeks. |
| Backups | 30 days, rolling | Encrypted, on the same host, replaced automatically; data you deleted leaves the backups within that window. |
Where the law of your country requires a shorter or longer period, that period applies. Requests about data we hold go to online@zeismo.com and are answered within 30 days.
Data is processed by Wearlisty Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company, on servers in the United States, with Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API), Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (AI answers) as processors for their part of the service.
