Terms of service.

The service

ZEISMO AI, operated by Wearlisty Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company, provides development services and a software platform for building and running WhatsApp AI bots, reached through app.zeismo.com.

Prepaid credits

Paid plans are prepaid. Your bot can never spend more than the balance you have loaded; at zero it stops using AI and hands conversations to a human. Plan credits expire at the end of their billing period; top-up pack credits do not expire.

We do not bill for usage you have not paid for in advance.

Acceptable use

You may only message people who have consented to hear from you. Campaign messages can only be sent to contacts who explicitly opted in.

No spam, no harassment, no unlawful content, and nothing that violates the WhatsApp Business terms. We may pause a bot used in these ways.

Meta approves message templates and may rate-limit or restrict numbers independently of us.

Your content and data

Your answer library, contacts and conversations remain yours. You can export them or erase your workspace from the portal at any time.

Service changes and availability

We aim for the platform to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve; material changes to paid features will be communicated.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
