The problem
SEO maintenance involves many small edits. Administrators need to understand what a check covers, compare changes and avoid overwriting a newer edit when undoing earlier work.
What we delivered
ZEISMO SEO 1.0.3 includes a resumable local audit and per-page metadata history. The audit processes published, unprotected content in batches. Administrators can review saved metadata and potential duplicate or orphan-page issues. History supports revision comparisons and undo of the latest matching change with conflict checks.
Public evidence
The released WordPress.org listing, version history and user documentation describe this workflow. Product screenshots show a ZEISMO test environment and sample content. They are not customer results. Readers can install the public edition in a test site and inspect the workflow for themselves.
Suggested evaluation
Create a disposable WordPress test site, install the directory edition and review the guide. Audit sample pages, change a page’s SEO metadata, inspect its history and evaluate the supported undo behaviour. Record the version and test conditions when reporting results.
Limits
The audit is local and does not measure rankings or Google indexing. Metadata history does not restore page content or global settings. Potential orphan pages need review. Optional hosted assistance has separate account and usage requirements; local directory features do not require a paid plan.
What this demonstrates
The delivered product exposes a reviewable editing workflow rather than claiming that an SEO score guarantees search performance. This case study documents functionality, not measured customer traffic or revenue improvement.
